Birthday Wiper Card with Cricut Explore 3

Good morning! It's almost time for our 12pm ET video! I'll be using the Explore 3 to cut out this Wiper Card live during the video. You can of course use the original Explore or Maker machines. Wiper cards are user friendly for all levels of crafters so be sure to check this one out. I have the sentiment for a Birthday, but you can always change it to be whatever you'd like.
